I offer my base packages in 8 or 10 hour on-location time blocks. Most wedding day schedules fit into these time blocks, however, more time can be added in 1 hour increments. I do offer a 4 hour elopement package starting at $2,750.

Highlight & Ceremony Films
Your wedding highlight film is made up of all the special moments of your wedding day crafted together in one cinematic and sharable video. We capture everything during your wedding day while we are on location. We typically plan our arrival time 30 minutes to an hour before your photography coverage starts - at no extra cost to you. That allows us to get establishing shots of your venue as well as drone footage before we come in to capture details with your photographer.
With your ceremony film, you will be able to relive your entire ceremony in perfect detail. We capture your ceremony from 3 to 4 different camera angles and we also place microphones on the officiant and the groom. We also capture any other audio during your ceremony, such as live music and vocalists.
*Drone footage is always included at no extra charge – as weather and location permit.

**Details: I require a 50% deposit on all packages due at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding.
A signed contract is also required to reserve your date. All contracts and invoices can be completed and paid online.
More Details:
We love it when our couples write notes to one another and are willing to read them for us while we capture the audio. This helps with crafting the story of your wedding day in your video and I highly recommend considering this option. Some of our couples even opt to not share their notes with one another on the wedding day so they have some new to experience together when they get their videos back.
A few weeks before your wedding date we will touch base with your planner, photographer, and venue to make sure we have a solid schedule and to make sure we have all the up to date information about your day. We’re big on teamwork and building good relationships with your other vendors. We want you to have the best experience possible on your wedding day!
I do have an assistant that will work with me on your wedding day. This just ensures that we are able to work quickly and efficiently without missing any important moments.
Music & Revisions:
I love to have some creative freedom in crafting your wedding videos. If you prefer I can send you some sites and playlists for music that I am able to legally use. However, I’m happy to change the music at any point after you receive your videos to make sure you are happy with it. That being said, I still can only use music tracks that I can legally license to use in my videos. I more than likely will not be able to use your favorite song in your highlight film.
With edits and revisions to your video footage, I include 2 free. I’m happy to say I’ve never had a client request more than one revision, but I want you guys to be absolutely thrilled with your videos, and I’ll do whatever I can to make that happen.
One Last Thought
Thank you so much for taking the time to read through all this information! It takes time and lot of work to capture and create my films. Working with your photographer is a huge part of what I do. I want to give you the best keepsakes I can, and the best way for me to do that is to be on equal footing with your photographer - shooting along side them, not behind them. I believe the relationships matter. That’s why I work very hard to build long lasting relationships with all of my wedding vendor friends. Yes, you hire us to do a job and give you beautiful heirlooms and keepsakes, But I also want your wedding day experience to be amazing - and that’s why relationships and working together matters!
